Unique unit to the entire building. Elevator, trash chute and stairs to the workout room are all immediately across the hall, plus my primary parking stall is almost right next to the door. The building is less than ten years old and has very tight security. Offers a very nice workout facility (cancelled my gym membership), large community room and patio with a grill, in addition to the roof top pool and hot tub. Maybe the best part about the building is the retail stores on the first floor that include a high-end liquor and wine store, Sarpino's Pizza, Dentist, Chiropractor, Veterinarian, and a nail salon.
