I have a two story townhouse with 2 rooms and a full bath downstairs and the master and living space upstairs. I am looking for a tenant to rent out the rooms downstairs. I have put in kitchen appliances so the tenant can be independent. Appliances include a small fridge, microwave, toaster/hot air fryer (Cuisinart) oven. I also supply kitchen utensils and linens. I have laundry facilities up stairs for tenant use as well.

My home is located in Southeast midtown Anchorage close to UAA, the medical district and the Dimond shopping area.
I work during the week and would respect your privacy. My house has an alarm system, cameras and is very safe.
